Trip to Greece I

After more than 20 hours of flight time, I arrived at the airport of Athens, Greece, waiting to get on another flight to Chania, Greece. I walked around the airport with a deep sense of peace and familiarity. It is as if I finally came home after leaving for many years. I looked at everything and everyone as if I have known them before. I got a sense that they felt the same way. I have come home.

I made this long journey to Chania, Greece to give a presentation at 4th International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics. In June, I received a message to work on a physics paper. I flew back to my home on the Big Island of Hawaii. I spent most of my time doing my spiritual practice. When I finally started to work on the physics paper, I was surprised that the paper was finished in a couple of days.

In the paper, I discussed a formula I received from Tao Yin-Yang Creation Law about how our universe is created through the yin-yang interaction between space and time. Afraid to scare off the physicists, I didn’t mention anything about the Tao Yin-Yang Creation Law. I simply mentioned how to derive the formula from the physics point of view. Then I showed them that this formula may contain everything we need to know about our universe. From this formula, we can answer some unsolved problems in cosmology, such as what is the dark energy and dark matter, why our universe is flat in the 4-dimensional space-time, and how to predict the vacuum energy of our universe.

In my old times doing physics research, I have never been satisfied with my research. The result I got in this paper truly inspired me. I felt the urge to share it with more people.  I surfed on the internet and quickly found the website of 4th International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (http://indico.cern.ch/event/344173/).  Although the deadline to submit a proposal to present at the conference has passed, with nothing to lose, I went ahead and sent out an application. I was surprised to find the next morning when I woke up, in my in-box, there was an invitation to present at the conference.

Walking around Athan International Airport, I thought of the invitation email I received from the organizer. I realized it has the same familiarity between us. From the tone of the email, it is as if we have known each other for many years. Walking slowly and calmly in the airport, I saw in my spiritual eye, in the ancient times I have lived on this land, ancient Greece, with advanced science and art. I have contemplated on the great mystery about our creation on this land. I have truly enjoyed and loved this land and its people here. I had been one of them. Tears came to my eyes.

What is waiting for me as I return to my ancient home this time?
